Priorities to suit your needs
Every parcel is important, however we know that some are more time sensitive than others. We’ve developed three categories to deliver to your timing priorities.
Standard
Booking period:08:00-16:00
Delivery time:3-4½ hrs3
For all non-urgent deliveries that need to be there today, this is the level to choose. We’ll pick up and deliver your parcel within 3-4½ hours from the time of booking.3
Express
Booking period:08:00-17:00
Delivery time:1½-3 hrs3
Express is for more urgent items and takes priority over Standard deliveries. We’ll pick up and deliver your parcel within 1½-3 hours from the time of booking.3
Immediate Priority
Booking period:08:00-18:00
Delivery time:1+ hrs3
For extremely urgent jobs that need to be delivered right away. Immediate Priority offers first available pick up and priority delivery, ensuring your parcel, document or consignment arrives with the urgency you require.

StarTrack Couriers' standard operating hours are from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. We are also able to provide courier services for after hours, public holidays and for weekends in accordance with your business needs.
